Some sites have touted the new Nokia N81 to rival iPhone since there is a direct download function for its online music marketplace. The new Nokia N81 Slider launched today with great specs to boot.

Equally impressive, the Nokia N81 is configured to find, buy, manage and play music and games purchased from the Nokia Music Store and N-Gage games service. The estimated retail price of the Nokia N81 is 360 EUR before subsidies or taxes. The Nokia N81 8GB is expected to retail for 430 EUR before subsidies or taxes. Both versions are expected to begin shipping in the fourth quarter of 2007.
Nonetheless, I’m setting my eyes on the Nokia N82 as it has integrated GPS and a 5 megapixel camera with flash. Those specs are going to make me convert to a Nokia again since I’m still tied to my old Eten 600 PDA phone.
