You no doubt recall the searing brilliance of my comments on the FCC decision last week to relax some of the rules around how AT&T sells access to its high-speed lines to its competitors.
C’mon! They were brilliant! Admit it.
Anyway, a spokesman for Sprint spotted the post and responded, specifically addressing my belief that consumers will ultimately come out okay.

I thought your post was dead-on with one exception - your notion that consumers won’t be harmed by the FCC’s decision. Three leading consumers groups — Consumers Union, Consumer Federation of America and Free Press - were all opposed to this deregulation and would disagree with your assumption. The concern that they have is that AT&T is stifling competition from the marketplace, and in doing so, consumers are harmed.
