Folks who use the Windows Live suite of Web applications just got a new toy to play with. Microsoft has added a calendar to the mix. It’s still a beta product, meaning there might be some glitches, but it worked pretty well for me during a quick test this morning.
I didn’t see any way to synch the online calendar with the Outlook calendar I use for work, but Microsoft would be very smart to offer such a feature. Outlook is so common in offices that an easy synch tool would give Live’s calendar a big leg up on the gCal from Google.
