Verizon has announced plans to expand its high-definition video-on-demand for Fios TV customers. A small library of about 75 titles is already available to customers in a handful of cities and will soon spread to the Washington, D.C., metro area, as well as Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Dallas, New York and other Fios TV markets should come online next year…
