What’s the delay with AT&T Smart Limits for its wireless phones? This is the service that was supposed to become available last September for parents who want to restrict their kids’ calls and text messages at certain times of day, block troublemakers from calling, and set how many Any Time minutes their child can eat up, etc. But when I called in to add the service last week (after my teen daughter vexed me enough), I found out it won’t be offered until sometime this quarter.
