Yesterday’s story about the partnership between Google Health and the Cleveland Clinic was long on generalizations about the service and short on specifics about what it would look like and how it would function.

Fortunately, the folks at Google Blogoscoped got their hands on some leaked screen shots, which reveal a lot about the service. The full story is here.

It looks to me like Google Health makes it very easy to enter things by hand, but I’d imagine its success or failure will hinge largely on its ability to correctly record electronic info from your doctor’s office.

It’s early yet, but I predict Web-based records will lead to big improvements in health care.
