According to Parks, that’s the speed at which it’s feasible to stream high definition video over the Internet to your PC or networked television.
So instead of having to download an HD file, you could simply click “play” and the high-def video would pop right up on your screen.
Right now, only 5.7 million (9 percent) U.S. households have that kind of Internet speed.
