The headline pretty much says it all, so if you’re a big fan of a team that won’t be appearing in your local TV market, download Joost and tune in live.

According to the folks at NewTeeVee, Joost has been testing its live-streaming technology for a few weeks now, and the results have been pretty impressive. That said, the service has had technical glitches in the past and even Joost executives say they can’t guarantee perfect reliability.

Still, if you’re obsessed with, say, the Mighty Commodores of Vanderbilt University, it’s great to have a way to watch the team play.
