Setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not available.

This error may come up if you are using an unlicensed copy of Microsoft Office. The fix?

First, go over to a Microsoft support page and download the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility Package. This cleans all traces of Microsoft 2007 in your system. Once that’s done, simply reinstall a licensed version of he software and you should be good to go.

Note: Run Windows Installer Cleanup Utility Package as Administrator.
