This has been making the rounds but I haven’t seen mention of it here.
Nikko America is releasing a limited edition R2D2 DVD player with built-in projector.
The remote control looks like the Millennium Falcon.
It’s a DLP projector (thanks TI) that displays up to a 260″ picture at 1500 lumens.
The droid has a 20 watt speaker system and an iPod dock along with USB and memory card slots.
It also is fully controllable as a robot and makes all the cool R2 sounds.
All this can be yours for only $2900.
