There are only two problems. It costs $2,000 and it’s vulnerable to hackers, who can take control of both the coffee maker and whatever personal you attach it to.
Jura has a reputation for making some of the world’s best espresso makers, and judging from the cups I got from one when I was interviewing a rich exec, I have the ability to see why. Yummy.
What’s the point of the Internet connection? It lets you order the machine to have a cup ready for you when you get home and it lets the company diagnose any problems from afar.
