Ultimate irony - I was right in the middle of researching for a blog about the challenges facing Google in the enterprise market when Google Docs shut down on me. Complete failure. No access to any documents - my reporting notes, phone numbers and my entire workflow in there - bringing my work day to a halt. And I’m not the only one.
Who do you call when that happens? There’s nobody to call at Google while the company’s IT is a phone call away. That seems like a pretty big challenge facing Google.
This was a first for me and pretty disappointing.
Anybody else have their day interrupted by a Google outage?
