I’ve had some request for a follow-up to yesterday’s roundup of iPhone availability at local Apple stores. Here you go!
Knox St. location:
8-gig model sold out; 16-gig black and white models available
Wait: about an hour and a half
Store could sell out before the end of the day
NorthPark location:
Sold out of all models for today.
Southlake location:
Sold out of all models for today.
Willow Bend location:
The number of people in line already exceeds the number of phones currently in stock, but it is possible that the store could receive another shipment this afternoon (call for availability).
FYI, I had to call every store multiple times, either because the phone lines were so busy that they weren’t even ringing, or, when they did ring, nobody was picking up. So things are still pretty hectic.
In fact, looking at my roundup today compared to yesterday’s, it looks like the supply situation is actually worse today than yesterday at this time.
