NBC is airing a huge number of Olympic sports, and despite complaints from many critics, it’s actually airing a lot of events live during the middle of the night.
Still, even with six different NBC channels devoting much of their programming days to the Olympics, they can’t cover everything live.

Many sports fans had hoped NBC would overcome the limitations of television sports coverage by showing every event live over the Internet.
In reality, NBC has done just the opposite. It has delayed Web casts of many events, presumably to increase viewership of its traditional broadcasts.
Web savvy sports fans have tried to circumvent these delays by looking beyond NBC’s official Olympics site to any other venue for Olympic video. No one place has everything, but there are some viable options.
Curious? Wired, New TeeVee and Waxy all have suggestions.
