According to HTC’s official Twitter feed (yeah, this is just about the worst possible way to break this news), the uber-awesome HTC Touch HD smart phone is not coming to the U.S.
AT ALL. EVER.
You know, the same phone with the insanely awesome screen resolution that has earned fawning reviews in other countries.
Good call, HTC. No one here in America would want a phone like that.
I had planned on getting the Touch HD when it came out in the U.S. (rumored to be by the end of this year). Now, though, I’m just going to wait for my Sprint contract to expire next year and buy an iPhone.
You’re dead to me, HTC.
